>>22820876>you're ignoring all the pretty little markings>hurrr durrrrr all da pretty linesAll the other Grass starters put some effort into their designs (except Meganium which is also pretty bad), Bulbasaur has a symbiotic bulb on its back that grows as it does, Treecko line is a literal take on leaf-tailed lizards, Turtwig line are world turtles, Chespin line is a ground squirrel using a shell as armor. The Snivy line doesn't attempt any of this and takes the Leafeon path, assuming making it green and having some leaves stick off at every stage is sufficient.
I know it's not possible to convince you the design is bad, but at least now at the back of your brain you know it objectively is despite your subjective opinion.
