>>22821521Quick Feet is affected by the rest of the statuses, I shit you not but Quick Feet Status Orb Jolteon worked wonders for me in the high ranked battles back in BW/BW2, outspeeding most of DD, SS, Chloro users and even some Scarfed Pokemon. Was even able to be free to set a Modest nature on it and save some redundant Speed EVs and move them into HP. It isn't so terrible at all.
I feel that however it was only given QF to underline its main stats that is Speed like Flareon was given Guts. And QF unlike Speed Boost is more ditting the pattern although both abilities would have been expectable on Jolteon.
Otherwise Static and Lighting Rod as alternatives, Specs or LO with Lighting Rod is as scary as Zapdos would have been, even with their limited movepool, plus Jolteon has Baton Pass, lyckily it was event only for normal ability Zapdos.
