An example. They made an episode about cubes that fall from space, and instead of doing anything important, the human race is shallow with social media. The cubes then electrocute the everloving shit out of everyone's heart on earth, because hey ho. Sounds alright, right?
Nope. The main characters literally spend all their time drinking tea, eating junk food, and getting abducted by male nurses. It's not even that they don't give a fuck, they're just ineffective.
So how do they win? Well, if someone died by a zapped heart, then zapping the heart again will bring them back. And then they end with a punchline one how cubed means the power of three. Also, the main villains may be the horsemen of the apocalypse, but they're forgotten, ignored and dismissed. All with cringey acting too.
