First of all, all steel type are fucked, 2nd Magnezone would probably be UU or BL because no one would use it over this thing

Scarfed with Shadow Ball, Fire Blast/Overheat, HP ice/ground to deal with heatran and filler like trick or some other coverage it fucks over just about anything, with a high 145 base spa and enough speed it fucks over anything, so uber, just needs a defoger or spinner

Gothielle is a PU shitmon that is rised to OU thanks to that, M-Gengar is a great mon that's suspected in ubers thanks to ST, Chandelure is a viable UU mon that can hold an item and doesn't take up a mega slot, with ST probably be banned and score B+ or A- in ubers since it screw over everything

S rank you mean, it can hold an item and with Overheat it has stronger STAB, can also uses trick, ST Chandelure is better than M-Gengar aside from the stupid perishtrap set, and you can use M-mence too

Chandelure with ST is even better than M-Gar, it can run a choice-trick then sets up like Gothielle, also with scarf and higher power STAB it is faster and hits as hard as M-gar

IIRC ST is a lot less effective in doubles, M-Gengar is not broken and in fact is only B rank in VGC viability rankings

Man some too good for OU mons tends to suck in doubles, like M-luke, Blaziken, Greninja

Minmaxed offensive mons just plain suck in doubles. You need to have combination of good bulk and power to be usable. Hell, even Deoxys-A is only B-rank in Smogon Doubles. Nukes everything it hits, but if opponent predicts and double attacks you, even sash won't save your ass. They're not even that broken in 3v3 singles. It's 6v6 format and its emphasis on 50-turn switchfests and gradually wearing down opponent's team where fast, hard-hitting attackers can easily plow through an entire weakened team.

Hell, the only reason why a Shadow Tag Mega Chandelure would ever stay OU is if they gave it base 255 Attack and cut its Special Attack down to 45.

Gothorita was used in UU after Goth was banned and it destroyed defensive teams (not just stall, defensive teams in general) despite being a 390 BST shitmon.

Considering these, imagine Chandelure, who is already a moderately decent pokemon, with STag. It's a ridiculously unbalanced ability (in 6v6 singles) that should have remained exclusive to Wobbuffet.
