There is no perdect stall team either. Stall will crumble to one Pokemon always, therefore making it extremely easily counter teamed.
Offense takes the most skill to use. Most offense teams people make are shit because they don't optimize them for the ladder and most situations.
Real players play anything they want to win. Whether it be stall or offense. Just scout your opponent and see what type of playstyle they have. Then make a team to face them.
