As someone who has used Smogon rules in the past I can safely say it is more toxic than ever. They are handibg out bans pretty freely now and the wordt part is people will just go along with it. You can bet your ass that if someone with a lot of badges posts something in a thread everyone will line up for to suck his dick. So yeah nice idea, but shit community.
