Your best bet is to run him with glare for paralasis then any flinching move. Could even throw a kings rock on him too for more flinch.

Go in PU. Make him bulky. Use this set:
Coil
Dragon Tail
Body Slam
Headbutt/Zen Headbutt

You get boosting, paraflinch, and it's hard to set up on. Not bad. Not amazing either, but it gets the job done.
