Add in a new storyline about "The Rust" in Mt. Moon. It's Rust from outer space that's believed to have came here on a meteor. NPCs frequently mention it and reference an item called the RUST REMOVER that can get rid of it.

In reality, there is no The Rust nor RUST REMOVER. The NPCs talk about it like you're going to have to stop it before the end of the cave, but Mt. Moon just plays out like it always does and you never get any closure.

For added effect, add an important-looking laboratory room with absolutely no purpose.

There's a Clefairy overworld NPC that you encounter three times in Mt Moon. He's just standing around in three different locations. The first time, he explains that he was on the college football team with your father. The second time, he sells you Moonstones and star pieces. The third time he offers to teach one of your Pokemon Mega Punch.

Clefairy later appears in the Pokemon Center right before the Elite Four and offers to teach your Pokemon Mega Punch again.

Put a building-sized PC in Vermillion City (using the same sprite as the normal PC, but blown up to a ridiculous degree). Entering the screen takes you to the inside of the PC, which is all black with floating green fences to keep you from wandering too far. There are lots of Porygon and Porygon2 running around that act like legendary Pokemon. If you travel far enough into it, you find a bunch of rare items laying around in a clump. If you journey further into it, you find tiny floating folders that act like signs giving URLs to different recipes for bakes goods. If you go further, you find a bunch of nerds discussing anime who challenge you. At the very end of this long path, you find Erika in a bed that heals you.

That would be awful. I mean, you're essentially removing every grass move except Grass Beam. If it had high BP, then wild/trainer mons could spam it and if it had low BP then grass essentially gets removed as a type. I like changing the name, but I hate changing everything else

make zubat and golbat learn tackle at level 1, confuse ray at 2, spore at 3, pain split at 4, and milk drink at 5. then repeat the pattern up until 100. make sure they they are both also ~3 levels higher than you anticipate a player's team to be in any given dungeon to prevent repels from working

Rename Route 6 to "Johto". Fill it full of every common-ish Johto Pokemon who still doesn't have a specific home, both land and water. Make the Pokemon Johto anime theme song play in the background here. (the midi's already out there, so you don't need to make your own)

As for sprites, GF is surely more experienced with those, but the 3D models we have are very detailed since those lazy fucks wanna reuse them for future games, they just need to work on making less boring animations.

Poochyena gains +25 special attack, +10 defense, +10 special defense, +10 speed

Mightyena gains +60 special attack, +30 defense, +30 special defense, +35 speed. Also it can use learn surf now.

Move relearner is now free. If this is impossible, the price is something easy to get like a potion or something.

Smeargle (aka Van Doge) gets +120 attack, +120 special attack, +60 defense, +60 special defense, +60 HP, and +60 speed. There is only one smeargle in the game as an event pokemon somewhere, in a situation like a legendary or something. Also it is now in the undiscovered egg group.

Remove all of the grass on route 7 and replace it with a Keckleon shop (pic related). Trying to pick up any of the items starts a battle with a level 100 Keckleon. Winning the battle will award you the item. Make the items good.

Leave the 4th gym completely untouched (aside from the youngsters replacing the current trainers), including Erika in there. However, some other random trainer in the gym is the leader, not Erika.

Put a double battle somewhere with trainers named Orstein and Smough. Orstein uses two Raichus, and Smough 2 Snorlaxes. Their second pokemon have a bit more levels and second Snorlax has Volt Tackle (edit movepool), while secon Raichu has Giga Impact (in addition to other moves).

Darude uses Pokemon with sound-based moves.
The Gym trainers do the same, and they're all named after notable/famous/memetic musicians.

There's a tiny cave somewhere. When you enter it, there's a small room with only a Squirtle and Bulbasaur standing around as well as a ladder going down. Squirtle says "Welcome to the Mystery Dungeon" and Bulbasaur says "We need to rescue Caterpie". Going down the ladder results in a three floor cave that's layout resembles and average Pokemon Mystery Dungeon room. On the last floor, there's a small grassy room and a Caterpie in the middle of the room. Talking to Caterpie makes it go "You're here to save me? Wait, what are you doing!?" and starts a battle with it. After the battle, the Bulbasaur on the first floor's dialog changes to "What, you couldn't find Caterpie?"

Make the encounters on the floors whatever.
