With more bulk, attack and speed, even if it's just 5 points more, it can actually set up dragon dances, if they go the mega Heracross way of taking 10 speed and put them in attack, it can still set up dragon dances, more so if they give it a dragon/steel typing, though pure dragon is still nice.
