My idea is Mega Luxray.

Stats:

HP- 80 + 0 --> 80
Atk- 120 + 48 --> 168
Def- 79 + 10 --> 89
SpA- 95 + 0 --> 95
SpD- 79 + 0 --> 79
Spe- 70 + 42 --> 112

Ability- Intimidate --> Strong Jaw

Typing- Electric/Dark

New moves- Volt Tackle (or just buff Wild Charge. Seriously, fuck Pikachu and its favoritism), U-Turn

Everyone knows that strong jaw STAB Crunch from a 168 Atk Luxray would actually make it good for once. With Intimidate, it's also good in Doubles. Fire Fang and Ice Fang are boosted by Strong Jaw, making their abysmal power actually semi-decent and hitting Ferrothorn and Scizor or Lando-T,Gliscor and Garchomp. U-Turn makes sense to me as things like Darmanitan and even Clawitzer get it so it's a more reliable option to use than volt switch to avoid being walled.
