Is Entrainment + Plus Dedenne viable at all? Combine with Eerie impulse and you could do some damage, maybe Parabolic charge too.

I used it with charizard Y on a team for a while - Set up the sun, then ditch the ability for a 50% damage boost. Was fun. Dedenne could still nuzzle things and parabolic charge for recovery

Explain?

Also, I have no idea whether Plus activates if anyone on the field has it, friend or foe. Check online whether thats the case.

You use Entrainment on Charizard Y after setting up the sun and now both of you have Plus. 50% boost to Sp.Atk. Not a bad strategy. Is Dedenne bulky enough for it tho?

Ah, right, that sounds pretty solid.
I'd probably switch in someone to either use Follow Me or someone like Audino to Heal Pulse it. I don't Dedenne has suitable bulk, but it does get a few stat-hindering moves and Nuzzle to compensate.
