My Japanese skills are nonexistent, but I do know that, if something is meant for children, the big Kanji like 世界 (not pictured) would have the pronunciation, せかい, above it. There's a bit of that on the red spiky text bubble, but it doesn't exist elsewhere on the picture. I don't know if CoroCoro uses that pronunciation system, but the discrepancy itself is a red flag.
