I recently got Black, and I've been having trouble with the Entralink feature. I'm trying to connect to my brother's White 2, and we cannot get it to work. We've tried one person being in the Entralink while the other is in Black City/White Forest, and both of us being in Entralink at the same time, and I can't think of or find any other solutions. I've tried looking to see if the problem is that I'm on Black and he's on White 2 is the issue, but I'm not finding anything.

I understand that Nintendo pulled the plug on the old WiFi services last year, and thus Game Sync/Entree Forest won't work. But I've found multiple things saying that Entralink required the WiFi and multiple saying it didn't.
