Would you like it if Gamefreak added a pokemon that had an ability was kind of like a weather version of Protean?

For example this pokemon using this ability while under rain would either get Swift Swim/Dry Skin, then under Sand its ability might change to Sand Veil/Sand Rush, and under sun its ability might change to Solar Power/Chlorophyll?
