Leafeon, full-stop. I had one of those friends who were like "My uncle works at Nintendo, and there's totally gonna be a grass evolution for Eevee" most of my childhood so I was incredibly skeptical about everything he told me. Especially after he went crazy and murdered a kitten in our backyard.
Turns out most of what he told me was completely legit, go figure.
