We take mons that usually aren't good in competitive/in game, and give them an ability so they don't suck.

Pic Related can learn Agility, which lets it triple its only good stat in 1 turn, and can learn Double Team, which turns into Minimize. Also, it has the combination of Swagger + Psych Up, so it can confuse the target while effectively using 2 Swords Dances.

Alternatively, we could give it Sticky Hold and make it goddamn impossible to farm Heart Scales
