You mean run a whole team of glass cannons? I wouldn't advice it but its possible, you need some bulk with that though or else you'll just be putting yourself in risk every turn because nothing would appreciate a hit outside of immunities/resistances.

If you're aiming for Smogon singles, you can forget evasion of any kind outside of the small boost afforded by items like bright powder (unless those fgts have banned that, too)

You basically want a hyper offense team. It's not really recommended - you can't switch easily and that means a lot of sacrificing pokemon. At best you'll barely live with one pokemon at the end of every game.
