Intimidate now lowers special attack as well. Who becomes good, how do smogon metas and vgc change, and does Landorus get banned?

That would make most special attackers completely unviable.

I mean, physical attackers are already way more used despite intimidate and burns.

Smogon ban Bisharp because it's so good
Now there is no reason to not use intimidate.

Why would you want it lower special attack? Special attackers aren't even that threatening compared to their physical counterparts. Do even realize about half of them get shutdown by stupid pink blobs while most physical attackers can boost themselves to get past those who try to wall them?
