These are the shittiest pokemon. I took all 721 pokemon and removed them if they were:
-NFE
-viable in OU, banned from OU, or would be viable if it weren't for a ban (e.g. Moody, Baton Pass)
-viable in doubles (VGC or smog dubs)
-had a pre-evolution or alternate form (inc. mega) that is viable, even if it is not viable itself
I was -very- generous with what counts as viable, but we're still left with about 150 FE pokemon that are simply not good anywhere.
