Now, Deoxys Defense, that can go ahead and drop. Speed was the overpowered one back when it was legal. Defense form needed to carry Magic Coat in order to be anything but Taunt bait, and it's outclassed by Latias as a wall, and by Skarmory as a hazard setter. It would just be a big dumb alien the gets in the way.
