>>22922342Yes it definitely is because Clefable is not even banworthy. It's one of the best Pokemon in the meta yeah, but it's ranked just as high as Azumarill, Gliscor, and Talonflame. No one wants to ban those, and anyone trying to would be immediately not taken seriously.
