This might be petty but does anyone miss XY's pokeball throwing animation? The animation and camera run smoothly together while ORAS is just all awkward, also I miss seeing it for all the customized qt3.14 trainers when battling online.

ORAS is the opposite IMO. Quick zoom in on the Pokemon makes it. XY is fugly mess.

What I miss is seeing the trainers alongside their Pokemon. Especially like pic related. Though also those moments when the gym leader is down to their ace and comes out to say some one liner. Felt more real. Now battles feel even more like they take place in a vacuum.

That was nice. Or the music changing when they're at their last pokemon (I personally didn't like the music but the idea was great)

Too bad Gen VI hasn't implemented any of this so far

Man nowadays it feels like gf is in this mentality of "How much can we get away with not doing without looking too lazy?"

I sort of miss that too, it felt more realistic when people actually looked different and you weren't just battling your clone or 'rival' with the only difference being a different name.
