Looking and comparing several "copies sold" lists, Collosseum and XD were the 10th and 20th most sold Gamecube games respectively, however this was on a console that wasn't much of a success to Nintendo, so that probably doesn't mean much.
Considering the Wii U is doing even worse with (currently) half the sales of the Gamecube, the chances for them making another game like Colloseum/XD seems pretty slim, at least on the Wii U anyway, if Nintendo's next console happens to be a success, then who knows.
I feel like over the years, more and more people have become aware of the existence of these two games, some may of even went back and played it, years after they were released and I feel like they wouldn't do too badly if there was to be another one.
Thoughts?
