Oddly enough, Nintendo says that they're still in production... It's probably bullshit, though.

But there are other options if you want to use a GCN controller.

Unfortunately, the scalper-less age came to an abrupt stop not even a few days later when some greasebag loaded every 'rare' Amiibo in his shopping cart and the store hasn't restocked their stocks since, meaning that all the Amiibo space is being taken up by Mario, Luigi and Diddy Amiibos with the odd Fox, Peach and Bowser thrown in.
