Well, here are the ways you can use it:
-You can use the Calm Mind set with Judgement and Recover and use it like a really big Volcarona but with less rock weakness and better coverage.
-You can use the Swords Dance set and use it like a really retarded Scizor but with Extreme Speed instead of Bullet Punch.
-You can be a dick and Use Whirlpool with Perish Song for Perish Trapping bullshit. Too shitty for Ubers, but might work in OU where everything does less damage in general.
-You can use it as a support piece with stuff like Screens, Will-o-Wisp, Stealth Rock, Tailwind, and Roar. Probably one of the better options, but Bug being such a shitty defensive type makes that a little bit iffy. Still, it probably has too much going for it to be balanced it OU. Besides, Smogon hates it when things have more than one or two viable sets (see Greninja, Aegislash, and Mega Lucario bans). t's too versatile for their tastes, and has a deep enough movepool abd enough bulk to shit n its counters, so it would never happen
