My changes are a bit bigger than what most of you are saying, because they involve buffing some things too.
In short, Alomomola, Florges, and Venusaur get fucked.
Everything with Regenerator except for Ho-oh and Audino gets Competetive instead. Some these actually turn this into a buff, like with Mienshao (special Mienshao is somewhat viable now), Tornadus Therian, and Slowpoke line. Tornadus Therian is now a decent Landorus Therian counter, and Slowbro is more of a bulky attacker now. Amoongus and Alomomola are nearly worthless, like they deserve to be. Also, Empoleon switches from Defiant to Competetive too. Still no Roost, because recovery moves can go to hell.
Next, we cut down the distribution on Wish. Florges, Clefable, and Alomomola, nol onger learn Wish. With Clefable it's an egg move, so who cares, but with Florges lineHelping Hand at that level since Helping Hand kinda sucks on it and I hate Florges. Alomomola now learns Freeze Dry at level 37 instead of Wish, and Earth Power at Level 66 so we can all cry at its perfect coverage and only 40 SpA.
Lastly, Mega Venusaur gets Water Absorb instead of Thick Fat. Why? Fuck you, that's why.
Now that Stall is fucked, we need to rebalance things a little. I suggest a Rapid Spin move tutor. The following pokemon now learn Rapid Spin:
