I'm surprised Camerupt managed to make it out of NU actually, considering most of its regular problems stay with the Mega; bad speed combined with awful defensive typing. Although it did get a much needed boost in Special Defence its HP still drags it down.

the 4x weakness to water is bad but you're exaggerating with "awful". outside of the water weakness it's fine and electric/steel/fire/fairy are great resists (bug and poison are ok at best). you can see a water move coming a mile off. fire/ground is great offensively and it's super strong with base 145 and sheer force. it's pretty much the definition of an rpg tank role as it can take a few hits and deal out massive damage. it doesn't look good on paper, but it was better than nu at least.

yeah i didn't mean it would be less bad if it had recover, i meant it would no longer be bad full stop. sorry the wording was off. but yeah, all mega audino needs is a one turn recovery move. the ability isn't even a problem for it because it has such massive bulk with a decent typing and move pool
