Reminder that every Pokemon game other than gen 3 is playable on 3DS without a flashcart.

It's somewhat possible now. The New3DS emulates GBA games a hell of a lot better than the old one did, so they might actually start putting them up.

First is regular with no blur, just zoom
second is cleaned up, not a job done by the developers
Third is blurry, but as i understand it's because of the TV, which i doubt is the case on a 3DS

Not the pixel's fault
So long as the pixels are properly portrayed, (or better) there shouldn't be any blur

I was too lazy to find a decent picture.
The point is that the 3ds uses a filter that gives the image a slight blur instead of upscaling using nearest neighbor.

Why wouldn't they release it in the US? The reason I remember hearing was that the GBA was dying out due to the DS being released around that time so they didn't bother translating it. That wouldn't make sense either due to the DS having a GBA slot.

He means gen 4-6 is playable through the cartridge and 1-2 are playable through the VC.

RBGY/GSC can be played via VC injection. Gens 4-6 can be played normally with a cartidge. The only way to play gen 3 on a 3DS is with a flashcart

Guys, I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue too, but I find myself always having to re-inject my GBC .rom (in my case, Pokemon Yellow) back into my base game (Shantae). Is there any way to just replace Shantae permanently? Also, how'd you get that border around Yellow?
