No, the 720p version is the best containing both audio and video. bestvideo will get the highest quality video-only and bestaudio will get the highest quality audio-only. If you have ffmpeg installed you can do -f bestvideo+bestaudio which will download both and combine them when it's done.

The battles being slightly more realistic than the video games is one of the best parts of the early pokemon anime.
