Yeah, I really don't get why Glaceon would have fucking Tinted Lens of all things...

Tough Claws was basically meant for Weavile, though. It could just be a Hidden Ability, instead of the useless Pickpocket. None of its Dex entries suggest it's a thief, anyway. A good, cunning hunter? Sure. And having tough claws help it out during the hunt.

Thats not really helping ice, thats just hurting dragons. Resisting dragon doesn't help that its defenses would be shit. Fairy already defanged dragon enough. Resist flying helps lower bird spam and resisting earthquake is just a general plus.

Dragons were already nerfed enough this gen. Most of their attacks are inferior versions of those available to other types (Dragon Claw 80BP no secondary effect, Dragon Pulse 85BP no secondary effect, etc). Ground and Flying resists are enough to make Ice defensively viable (if still subpar to other types).

Tough claws is way more beneficial, the only things that get boosted are pursuit and ice shard, both of which are also boosted by tough claws, but TC also boosts KO, Ice punch, low kick, icicle crash, and poison jab

I'm guessing because its got ice (glassy) eyes? The name of tinted lens in Japanese is "look through rose tinted lens" which is like always seeing everything positively.

Which is why it boosts not very effective, because they see even the negatives as a positive. So glaceon would just be seeing through its positive ice eyes. Seems more reasonable than some shit distribution with abilities.

Why? There's plenty of Flying types and mons with Levitate, also Air Balloon. Flying, I agree, that type really needs a nerf (offensively).

Its expected, just as every water type can learn ice beam. Ground is still an amazing offensive typing and is still one of the number 1 ways to kill steels
