But then I remember how stupid the game became with the BW sets before I quit. Not to mention having to constantly buy new cards, while old cards became useless as format rotation would happen.

TCGO is not any better since you have to buy the physical cards anyway. Makes me wonder why they never released more updates like TCGGB2.

But that's the thing, Yugioh has had a lot of games and I think most of them offer special promo cards for those who play the card game irl.

Though, when I first got PTCGGB it came with a Meowth card.

I found this game on the school bus when I was in like 5th grade. I played it and it was really fun, got me into the actual TCG. I built a few pretty competent decks, but only ever battled my kid bother and two other idiots at school. Sucks because I really enjoyed the shit, but eventually had to leave it behind because I literallly never got to play.
