First thing I did was catch it. No tricks, no leading with synchronize pokemon; Just spore, damage, spore again, and throw balls till it worked.
Next, I went into my boxes and transferred it to box 1, slot 1.
Then I powersaved it to have the IV's for HP ice, made it timid, made it level 100, EV trained it in special attack and speed, Cloned it, and gave the clone the IV's for HP grass.
And it saved me hours of RNG dependency. Took me less than 5 minutes.
