>>22960433See, this is a fun idea, and I wish it would happen, but outside of the obvious reasons that Gamefreak hates fun, they would also have to give Eevee the ability to learn a move of every type it can evolve into, meaning you could end up with some broken-ish things if you taught it one of them and then evolved it, like Umbreon with a fire and psychic type move to cover its weaknesses.
Of course, you'd also have to consider if Eevee learns any moves that it doesn't have a corresponding evolution for already and then give it one to evolve into, otherwise it would just be a little silly for it to evolve into something with certain moves, but not others.
