Could be useful for swagger and physical balk.
Still lacks any offensive presence, is too slow and is let down in its balk by its mediocre hp.

Gen 3 sure had a bunch of shit mons in it. Design wise it was excellent, but with things like masquerain, mightyena, delcatty and walrein you have to wonder what they were smoking.

Every gen has shitmons but this one got some real steaming piles.
