Why wait for Hoopa? They should have recheck everything they had banned as soon as ORAS got released, because not only Aegislash was left weaker, also other bans like Megawile. Too many new shit around, unlike previous Gens, not to reconsider it. And if Pokemon Z/whatever also comes with new mega and stuff, well... they should know better next time.

This was an Ubers suspect test, not OU. Every tier does things differently.
