>>22975803Kinda, but keep in mind 20% is still a lot. Really probably the only reason it's still at 20% is BECAUSE of Groudon's high usage. Primal Kyogre is an easy revenge killer to Primal Groudon. Rock Polish variants aren't strong enough to kill it and bulk up/stealth rock variants are slow and auto-lose to timid 252 speed.
If they switch out, that's just a chance for you to set up. Then your opponent is facing a set up Kyogre who can 2KO with ice beam before groudon can 2KO.
