But instead of giving smogon credit for making the right decision, you go into shitpost mode and just hand-wave it away saying there's some conspiracy and that they won't accept that something they tested didn't get banned, you know like what happened all the time in BW2.
The only precedent you have is Deo-S's test, except all the good players new Deo-S was borked and it was fucking stupid that it didn't get banned the first time (being tested alongside mega luke didn't help). This isn't the case for Metagross, there was a ton of good players who were anti-ban.
It's annoying.
