See where Palkia is? Seems like Palkia is not powerful enough for Ubers and deserves to be tested in OU, especially after Mega Metagross was voted to remain at OU, a pokemon with a similar movepool in terms of variety and a similar BST.
So get it straight, smogonfags, and try this guy in the tier it deserves to be placed at.
