Instead of like the 3rd female Champion in a row, if GF wanted more "strong female characters" they should've just made the leader of Team Flare a girl. When I first heard of Team Flare's goal to make the world rich and beautiful it made me think "So they're going to make the leader a chick this time, right? I bet it's Diantha" but no, it's a guy that looks like a Pyroar. I get they couldn't make him the champ because his hairstyle is the same as Lance and Alder's, but they really dropped the ball having ANOTHER girl Champion but not a girl Team Boss even though Diantha is basically the embodiment of Team Flare's fashion and wealth ideals.
