How do I build a team around this guy?

He's the sweeper, of course. Bisharp's a candidate due to absorbing Defog and punishing the Latis (As well as a rock layer).

I need to know if there's a better rock-layer, some other fighters (I'm using Hyper Offensive/Balanced Singles), and a guy who can tank some Ghost-Dark attacks. A special sweeper is entirely necessary also, because what's a team without hitting everything?
