What if Mega Sceptile got Technician instead of Lighting Rod? Would it be OU? Because unlike Gallade who can use his worthless ability for Skill Swaping shenanigans, I feel that its current ability isn't doing any favors for it and is only viable by it's stats and mixed movepool. Would Technician save it?
