Honestly wondering if they will attempt to re-test it sometime down the road.

Has anyone used Symbiosis successfully? It sounds like a no-brainer but I don't know who to use it on/with.

It really depends on what's going to shift next. If aegis comes back to ou i don't think a retest would make sense, if they (theoretically) ban mega sableye or landorus : } meta would become better and end up suspectworthy.

Would have liked to see it go to freshen up the meta, as now most teams need to run at least 2 checks to it unless they have a Scizor. It's also the ugliest fucker ive ever seen. Seriously, it's a metagross with bigger legs rotated 90 degrees, a metang glued to its belly and 4 extra legs just slapped up its asshole. Agree with this. Lando can slaughter balance and stall if it has the right set, as well as being strong against offense given a free set up if it has rock polish. Being so strong against defensive teams while not having the opportunity cost of not being weak vs. Offense makes it easily the best mon in the meta imo. It's not necessarily broken, but I would like a suspect test as well.

For some reason lando i has so low usage though because everyone is busy spamming therian. Lando + thundy teams look pretty strong atm, thundurus has quite few switchins atm, paired with some physically offensive mega they make a dank offensive core.

Don't really have one, I'm still a lower-half ladder shitter years away from tourney level. Apparently it's not broken, but people want the strongest ORAS megas gone to reduce number of threats to prepare for.

Again, no opinion. But with 57% pro-ban votes, a retest is guaranteed. If you ask me, they should wait three months to let people reevaluate their opinions with more experience.

That is not going to happen unfortunately, it's here to stay. And because they're all supposed to check each other in what passes for balance, I doubt any of them will be suspected.

Maybe if any luck Lando-I goes and we make SOME progress in making the meta not shit. Thundy, Keldeo, Altaria etc. are fine imo.

Probably not, all you hit is spdef heatran really, which is common but not the most common hydreigon switchin anymore. Ttar doesn't really like switching in anyways and apart from that i can't really think of any good uses for it.

Bumping because I checked the catalog and there's no other thread for this.

How do you guys use Terrakion? I think it doesn't get any free turns to boost, I can hardly make either SD or RP work. So what set you folks think it's best? I'm trying to run a LO set and I'm torn about the last two moves. Is X-Scissor worth it? With Aegi gone, is there any merit to using EQ? How effective is HP Ice? Is Quick Attack just a gimmick and a waste of moveslot? Should I just use SR instead?

Terrakion really doesn't like M-Sableye because it cockblocks every single move it has, so use a fairy teammate or m-zard with it.

Actually, the meta in general is pretty shitty to Terrakion now that Cancergross OU for the foreseeable future.and so is Landorus-Incancer.

come in on something that they have all incentive to switch out of terrakion and set up a substitute, then SD. from there you can close combat or use stone miss.

It was the best terrakion i've used since scarf Terry fell out of the meta's favor.

Sr lead terrak is really cool, but it gets cockblocked by sableye leads, almost everything else can't stop it from pebbling down. I'd probably run terrak on mega garde HO teams, if even.

Looking for suggestions here. I'm running defense spikes Chesnaught and I know I'll be running Spikes and Spiky Shield, but what combination of leech seed, syntheses, drain punch and hammer arm should I run?

that way you outspeed up to neutral nature base 150 with a boost, full spa because why not and the rest in hp. Modest works too and you still outspeed like mega pidgeot after a boost which is worth something i guess.

Trying to finish off a potential team, based around a core of Mega Altaria and Volcarona as bulky dancers that hit a lot of each other's problems (Altaria's EQ takes Heatran out of the picture, Volcarona removes the various Steels that plague Altaria, etc). Was also trying to work in Sash Breloom with Spore + 3 Attacks for bulky Waters/Grounds. I have Excadrill for hazard control (possibly setting too) and Rotom-W as a defensive pivot and the much-needed bird-blocker for Volc. Any recommendations for that final spot?
