Stephan - a fairly competent trainer with a horrible and mind-numbingly overused running gag
Burgundy - Cilan's rival who couldn't accept the fact that he was better than her despite her being a shit tier connoisseus.

I mostly liked the B/W rivals, except of course for Trip and Cameron. Besides those two, the rivals were fun characters, and I liked B/W's idea of periodic tournaments bringing the rivals together. One of the many, many ideas that B/W had that was good in concept but poorly implemented.
