Reality would be a cool theme for it. The original Dragon, as I see it, would probably be pure Dragon, or maybe Dragon/Psychic (to correspond with the Lacunosa Town mythology of it coming from space), so Reality could potentially fit really well with it if pulled off correctly.

No. The Original Dragon was just a really powerful Pokemon of myth and legend who couldn't choose which brother to side with, the one who sought truths and the one who sought ideals. He split into the 2 we know to side with both and what remained of him, Kyurem, and Reshiram and Zekrom became known as champions of both respectively. They're not incarnate beings of either.

It's kind of unexpected that this many anons would care about that part of Gen V so much, but it's no wonder when it's such a cocktease by GameFreak with everything that's ever been dropped for Kyurem, Reshiram and Zekrom in both sets of games. Plenty of Pokemon fans who loved Gen V and the Tao Legendaries would naturally want to see something like it that could even rival Arceus at least in raw power.
