Pokemon with 4MSS

Any pokemon with so much utility and coverage on their movepools but are cursed to only have 4 slots to use those moves?

There are moments when I wished that it can carry Nasty Plot, Defog(if running Serene Grace since its illegal with Super Luck), Roost, STABs, Aura Sphere and Flamethower all in the same set. It would've been fucking amazing.

Greninja doesn't really have 4MSS. It's movesets are entirely dependent on your team's matchups. Basically "a fill in the blanks" rather than run a "mandatory" attack or status move.

It still does sadly. STABs and Steel Coverage are mandatory for it. When it has options like Hone Claws to boost or TC boosted Bullet Punch for priority

I only run Super Luck if Im not running Air Slash. I tend to run offensive Nasty Plot sets on it with Pixie Plate + Dazzling Gleam(so it outdamage Moonblast which it doesn't get) and Aura Sphere for Heatran and those moves tend to lack secondary effects so why not increase their chances to crit? The final would be Flamethower for more Steel coverage and the 20% to burn with SG doesn't really occur most of the time for me. Or I just run Roost, baton pass, or Air Slash if running Screen Grace. I know AirSlash+Screen Grace is its niche, but sometimes I tend to use my mons differently for innovating myself ya know?

It's got it bad.

REAL bad.

I wanna run a good SubSeed set with Encore, but that last move? I have too much to consider.

Encore+Taunt? It's interestingly devious, but relatively easy to get past.
Protect? I gotta make the most out of the health gains, but miss out on further utility.
Moonblast? Gotta have some STAB offense to get those pesky dragons. Also fuck Taunt
Giga Drain? Gotta get even more health. Also fuck Taunt.
Stun Spore? Gotta nail those Poison-type checks where it hurts.
Hurricane? Situational scare tactic against the likes of any fellow Grass type.

Just think of all the mischief Whimsicott could cause if it could get at least five moves.

Running mix is kinda bad for Lucario. It can't maximize its whole potential.

I see. Yeah, it can't pull off both at once.

As I'm looking at the Special-pool, it's really disappointing. It can't get enough coverage from it.

Yeah, fully Physical is the better option due to the wider range of areas he can hit. Only Walls can stop him. Even then, he can just muscle through those with his Adaptability boosted Close Combats and shit.

To balance this GF would have to start nerfing the BP or accuracy of spammed attacks like IceBeam/Thunderbolt/Moonblast etc.

Snorlax (and most other RestTalkers), since you have to use up two slots for RestTalk. Snorlax especially since I run it with Curse and Body Slam for STAB, meaning it's fucked against ghosts.

Starmie kind of suffers from it too, since it has so many options in its movepool.

-Water + Psychic stab? (Psychic is not that great, but Psyshock is the only way it can go through pokemon with high sp.def)
-Recover?
-Thunder(bolt) + Ice beam/Blizzard for huge coverage?
-Dazzling gleam for dark types?
-Flash Cannon for fairies?
-Grass knot for primal Groudon?

And lets not forget its support options:
-Rapid Spin
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Thunder wave
-Confuse Ray

And it also gets other nice things like:
-Skill Swap (Nobody wants to get Illuminate)
-Trick
-Icy Wind
-Magic Coat
-Minimize
-Harden

It has so many possible sets, yet no matter what I use, I always think "I wish I had THAT move right now"
