The Strongest Mega Evolution Act III (Mar 19th)> Alan continues his journey to master Mega Evolution and stand on the top as the strongest. Together with Steven, he pursues the legendary megalith that disappeared together with Mega Rayquaza. During this search, he receives information that Groudon has suddenly appeared in the sea. Alan and the others hurry to the location in question, where not only Groudon appears before them, but Kyogre as well. Furthermore, Rayquaza descends from the heavens and a grand battle between the legendary trio begins! What will this mean for Hoenn's future!? Will Alan and the others even survive this!? >As Ash and his friends head towards Lumiose City, they reunite with the Pokemon Trainer Tierno in a forest. Ash has a training battle against Tierno as preparation for the Gym match, but in the middle of the battle, one of Team Rocket's mechs show up and abduct Tierno's Wartortle and Raichu and Ash's Sliggoo. Literally the only area where XY is better than DP is the fact that Serena is more fuckable than Dawn. Otherwise DP is just better at everything; more battles, rivals, plot etc.

agree, for the most part. We have the Mega specials that seem to building a plot though (along with the Malamar who we know pretty much nothing about still), hopefully they'll tie it all together.
We don't have a good main rival like Paul, but I think Sanpei and Tierno are as good as Conway or Nando.
As for the battles though, there's no contest animation-wise, XY is better. DP had more interesting strategies but we haven't had a tournament yet so we haven't seen the full range of Sanpei or Tierno.

I only thing I ever tried to "force" out is some kind of explanation of why people who liked the episode liked it, but basically nobody was able to (and keep in mind this was before subs came out so people liked it before a huge chunk of them understood the dialogue). And it's funny you'd use those words to describe what I'm doing when basically what happened is that people kept asking me what I would do so they could tell me my idea was bad and for me to shut up (as opposed to anyone actually telling me what they liked). I thought this place was for discussion? Especially new episodes?
And for the record, the guy who's posting the screenshots did make me appreciate the episode more since it lets me focus on individual lines of dialogue.
