Besides not being able to inject, does upgrading effect my system in any other way?

Updating means you can use E-Shop, pokebank etc, but can't inject or use the QR codes or anything involving the browser exploit.

Even if you had injected the shuffle qr code you can check the SD card on your computer and manually erase all the .bin files, then place it back in the 3DS and play everything normally.

I know all this because when I was done injecting everything I could think of, I erased the .bin files and updated.

Didn't have a single problem.

In memory the game encrypts and then shuffles the Pokemon data. An ekx is that encrypted data, the injections load them straight into memory. pk6 is the unencrypted version of the Pokemon data - loading it into the game by injecting it will result in a bad egg because the game is expecting the encrypted version to be there and it can't decrypt an already unencrypted Pokemon

I was actually going to at one point, but stopped. The reason everything is so half assed and has no relearn moves in the dex is because I just made it to shove into bank before Ninty patched the exploit. I didn't know it would take them close to a month to do that.

The IV Judge. If you make it NotOT then both the OT and NotOT memories are the IV Judge, unless you check Traded Event Memory and then it is the proper one for events.

Use pokemon sites to see egg and tutor moves. You want to look at 6th gen if you hope to use your mons online.
I usually glance at smogon sets and adjust accordingly or make up my own by looking at base stats + egg moves.

This doesn't affect the Pokemon that much, but when you use the memory about hatching make sure you put the base happiness instead of full happiness, as well as using something about a coast instead of "a battle spot" if you want it to be as legit as possible.

The version on the Eshop is 1.1 (1.2 now I think) which fixes bugs
alo the eshop itself requires the update.

IT'S RECOMMENDED TO MAKE A SAVE DUMP BEFORE MESSING WITH CLOTHES

PKHeX will never stop working. Injection, on the other hand, is pretty much dead with the current firmware. They may make some more methods in the future, but with how long it took them the first time, I wouldn't get my hopes too high. Maybe in a couple years.

I did like 5 times already, I always do before injecting/exporting saves that's why I find this weird...
I tried converting the savout URL into a QR code & scanned it, still the same error. Regular mon injection works fine but this isn't for some reason.
