Only downloaded the game a couple days ago so I've only gotten to about stage 45-50 (Next stage is Mawile). My main niggas are Torchic, Klefki, and Swirlix for now with Kanga for a mega (though M-Sableye is starting to save me in a lot of situations, notably against Mew).

Just use the Home button on every movement.

This let you align pokemons on a quick way, taking your time. You can also use the option to take notes on the 3ds, here you can see the bottom screen.

I'm currently working on S-ranking all the normal stages. M-mawile is a nightmare.
In the Expert stages, I'm stuck on Blaziken, heatran and the X/Y legendaries. I've beaten all buy Heatran, but I can't beat them with enough time left to actually get more than 1% catchrate.
Anyone got tips?

Also, is anyone else sad they removed the thing where beating Mew once a day gives you 1000 coins?

They're a lot more skill based than the regular game since you can pick your moves, Battle Trozei has more to it due to needing to start with lines of 4 and then progress down to just 2, having ditto match with anything, and the board emptying and then refilling to restart but continue your combo. I think it's more fun than Shuffle, and has a lot more content with longer stages and all the pokemon, and they're easier than the expert stages since it's not a hard time limit but rather just reacting quickly to the changes.
