He worked with Genius Sonority (the maker of the 3d games) for 8 years before being hired by Game Freak
He designed the Ice cream mons Vullaby line and Golett lines
also Game Freak allows their workers to create and work on games so that GF doesn't run into creativity block.
James worked on Harmoknight and OP's game.
