Capturing Kyogre was fun because I didn't have hypnosis, so it became a test of survival.

Capturing feels more like a chore than anything.

I'd be far more entertained if the legendaries were level 100, immune to effects like sleep, and boosted for the fight in exchange for an actually reasonable capture chance once you've worn them down.

Capturing legendaries has always been a chore, I'm glad they more recently started realizing that 4% chance to catch something is way the fuck too low and not fun or difficult at all, just completely arbitrary and punishes you solely for bad luck by wasting more and more time. 30-45 catch rate with guaranteed 3 perfect IVs and ability to Synchronize their nature were all great ideas. I would not be against the fights themselves being harder, with the legendary having ramped up, impossible stats before being caught, though.

I was fucking around in White 2 just a little bit ago and decided to try out White Kyurem for myself.

Both times Reshiram ripped my entire team of Samurott, Ampharos, Arcanine, Crustle, Altaria, Bisharp a new asshole just with Dragon Pulse. Good thing I had plenty of Hyper Potions and Revives while trying to nail that faggot with Thunder Wave. Then N pulls a Full Restore.

At the same time, I would love that kind of difficulty for fighting the main Legendaries.
